Orders & shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation on business days. Orders travel by road (perfumes contain alcohol and cannot be shipped by air), so delivery time depends on the destination country. We do not ship to islands (such as the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia or the Greek islands).
Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship to European Union countries; available destinations and any shipping costs are shown at checkout. Express or urgent delivery is not offered.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Full details are in our Delivery & Returns policy.
How do I return an item?
Email us at [email protected] indicating your order number and we’ll send you the return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (processed securely via Redsys) and PayPal.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure providers; we do not store your card details.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.

Each fragrance is available in 50 ml and 100 ml eau de parfum.
