Shipping
We only ship to the European Union countries available at checkout. Express or urgent delivery is not offered. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation on business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders travel by road — perfumes contain alcohol and cannot be shipped by air — so delivery time depends on the destination country. We do not ship to islands (such as the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia or the Greek islands).
Order tracking

Right of withdrawal & returns
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. To start a return, contact us at [email protected] indicating your order number. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
