2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the offer and sale of products through this online store to consumers and users. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms in force at the time of purchase.
3. Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated before completing the order. Indigo may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
Once the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card (processed securely via Redsys) and PayPal. The order is processed once payment is authorised.
5. Shipping
Delivery terms, destinations and costs are described in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. We only ship to the European Union countries available at checkout; express or urgent delivery is not offered. Orders travel by road only (perfumes contain alcohol and cannot be shipped by air); islands are not served.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without justification, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The return procedure and conditions are set out in the Delivery & Returns policy.
7. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer law. If a product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may exercise the rights recognised by law.
8. Dispute resolution

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts corresponding to the consumer’s domicile where mandatory consumer legislation so provides.
